These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DoneProof mobile application ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
2. Acceptable Use
- You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its security features.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture photos at any location where you use the App, and for complying with local laws regarding photography, privacy, and data collection.
3. Evidence Disclaimer
DoneProof produces GPS-stamped, hash-verified records intended to support proof of work completion. While we apply industry-standard techniques (cryptographic hashing, on-device location capture), we make no guarantee that records produced by the App will be accepted as legal or forensic evidence in any jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining the suitability of the App for your specific use case.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that GPS data will always be accurate.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoneProof and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App's operators are established, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
