This page summarizes DoneProof's data handling practices, in line with Google Play's Data Safety section requirements.
Data collected by the app
- Photos: Captured through the in-app camera. Stored locally; not sent to our servers.
- Precise location: Read only at the moment of photo capture and embedded into the photo's proof record. Stored locally.
- App activity (job names, notes): Entered by you and stored locally.
Is data shared with third parties?
No. DoneProof does not share user data with third parties. Data leaves your device only when you explicitly export or share it through another Android app of your choice.
Is data collected by us?
No. The app does not transmit personal data to DoneProof or any third-party analytics or advertising service.
Is data encrypted in transit?
Data is not transmitted by the app by default, so transit encryption is not applicable. When you choose to share or export, transmission is handled by the app you select (e.g. email, cloud storage).
Can users request data deletion?
Yes. All data is on-device. You can delete individual records inside the app, clear all data via Android's app settings, or uninstall the app to remove everything.
